One of the biggest changes I made at Frontier I believe is focusing on building scalable systems rather than one-off designs. Using Figma, I created reusable templates, modular layouts, and shared libraries that allowed campaigns to move quickly from concept to execution. Flexible templates made it easy to adapt assets for different regions, languages, and formats without sacrificing quality or consistency.
One of the most fun parts of Frontier is how much creativity we can put into our campaigns. "How do you make dental supplies a lot more interesting and memorable?" Nobody really thinks of dental supplies other than dental professionals, so we had to balance creativity as well as professionalism. Every month, Frontier would have different themes and seasonal concepts that helped unify campaigns across platforms. I thought of small things we could do that to help increase engagement and awareness across all our channels. I turned mixing tips into flowers and even sterilization pouches into hearts for Valentines day. Because of these creative ideas, we got a lot more clicks! Banner CTR grew by introducing more creative, seasonal, and emotionally resonant banner designs. Website banner performance improved steadily throughout 2025. Click-through rates increased from approximately 0.02% to 0.32%, representing roughly 1,500% growth and demonstrating stronger audience engagement with digital campaigns.

Social Media Growth
I revamped Frontier Dental’s social media visual identity by replacing outdated templates with a more modern, cohesive design system and introducing short-form, reel-style video content. Through improved visuals, stronger campaign concepts, and hands-on content creation, I helped grow the U.S. Instagram from 123 to over 5,928 followers in 2026 while increasing overall engagement and interaction.

Reviews to rewards giveaway campaign

Beyond design, I frequently took initiative on content creation, planning and executing product photoshoots, setting up scenes, and filming assets myself within a limited in-house studio. I independently learned to operate cameras and handle basic video production, allowing the team to move faster, reduce dependencies, and create custom visuals when resources were limited. This combination of systemized workflows and hands-on production ensured campaigns stayed cohesive, efficient, and creatively flexible.

Mandi the molar bear campaign and mascot creation
Mandi the molar bear is one of my pride and joys here at Frontier Dental. She was introduced in one of our campaigns where we surprise our customers with Mandi stuff toys and her passport. When people scan this passport, it will track different Mandis around the world in our website.

There is a QR code every month that they scan, and each month they can submit their pet to enter a giveaway. If they win, we draw their pets and put it onto merch such as socks, pillowcases, notebooks, etc and ship it to them!
